He asker her & she said yes!

To Boldly Go… these words have been with me since I was a child. I even have them tattooed on my right arm. One day I decided to follow these words and do something I've never thought I would do. I proposed to the woman of my dreams. You see, we met at a Comic Convention because we both joined a Star Trek fan club. And because of this shared love of Star Trek, we started a journey in 2019 that we will continue to explore and boldly go, together for a lifetime.

I was able to use our love of Star Trek to help me with the engagement. We decided to attend the 2021 Star Trek Convention in Las Vegas, and with the help of our friends and crew mates, especially Dan Z, I was able to pull off a once in a lifetime proposal! Dan reached out to the Convention and was able to arrange a private tour of the replica Bridge of the original series USS Enterprise 1701. Here on the bridge, we had Becky sit in the Captain's chair while I stood behind her so we could get some pictures. This is when I pulled out the ring and leaned down to ask the most important question of my life. And by Captain Kirk's perfect hair she said YES!

The day now fast approaches for our vows. We will be celebrating the big day at the Colorado Renaissance Festival! Come one, come all to the Festival grounds to share in our moment of happiness! Hazzah!
